On March 20, 2024, the annual general meeting was held. During the meeting, P/F Firum elected Sunnvør Klettskarð í Kongsstovu to the board, replacing Kristoffur Laksá who did not accept re-election. Following the meeting, Sunnvør was appointed as the new chairperson. The other members of the board are Turið Mørkøre, Niels Winther, Heidi S. Mortensen, and Unn V. Johannesen.
Firum is overseen by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Industry, and Trade. Among the topics discussed at the meeting were the election of board members, approval of the 2023 financial statements, and a presentation on the company's operations.
Additionally, the articles of association were amended, and the company is now officially known as P/F Firum, with the trade name Fiskaaling.
